Continental Access Now An Official Microsoft Certified Partner
Early this year, Continental Access, a division of the NAPCO Security Group, has become an official Microsoft Certified Partner, having gone to great lengths to put the proper people in place to achieve this partnership status. Our technical staff, for example, has undergone intensive training to ensure that they are able to expeditiously answer all incoming inquiries for our professional security integrator and specifier customers. In the course of going this proverbial ‘extra mile’, many of Continental’s personnel have earned advanced computer engineering degrees and certifications in a number of different related security technology disciplines. However, while we are pleased to have met this new criterion for service excellence, Continental’s uncommon personalized customer care remains unchanged, i.e., one in which its staff is still located within the company’s Amityville, NY headquarters, steps away from its engineering team, in contrast to rampant automated phone mail systems and nameless bureaucracy and outsourced resource that has become more and more commonplace among competitive manufacturers.
